For 25 years, Soy has offered consumers a very varied range of organic vegetable specialties based on soya, tofu, wheat gluten (seitan) and cereals. Soy also offers those who want a gluten-free diet access to a wide range of soy-based gluten-free specialties. Located at Revel in south-west France where the organic soya is produced, the factory handles all stages from the transformation of the soya bean, its cleansing, through to its final processing. So Soy is an active player in developing organic farming in France's Midi-Pyrénées region. The Soy range is guaranteed to be GM free, and all products are AB labelled (Organic Agriculture). They are sold through specialist outlets and organic food cooperatives in France and abroad. Soy also produces a wide range of products adapted to community restaurants and office canteens, as well as a range for food processing companies who use soya and tofu juice as raw materials in their own food products (prepared meals, desserts, etc.)

Soy in the frozen foods section

Soy launched a complete range of frozen vegetable specialties in early 2007. Real solutions for balanced meals, these eight products build on existing fresh Soy lines : tofu or cereal burgers, complete prepared meals… Soy is the pioneer in this market for frozen vegetable specialties. What makes Soy even more innovative is that all these vegetable specialties are made with organic produce.
